He has experience owning and running a successful contracting business for many years fueled exclusively by word of mouth and referrals. He is also an ICC certified residential building inspector, ICC certified residential mechanical inspector, certified pest and dry/rot inspector, Oregon certified home inspector #1291, Oregon licensed contractor# 178257, & California contractor# 696865. Both Sean and his wife Claudia have also attended corporate training for Red Line Garage Gear in S. Beloit, IL, and attended application training for epoxy and polyurea floor systems at Versatile Building Products in Carson, CA.
